cisco any connect not working

New nighthawk router is giving me issues with my wifes work computer. She uses cisco any connect to get a VPN for work. Once I connected the nighthawk it doesn't work anymore.

 

If I connect the old router it works.

ALL QoS is disabled on the router, no other VPN setups.

I see some people posting this issue but no solution yet

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Thanks for trying QoS disabled, I would have thought that would have resolved it. Could you expand on the issues precisely? E.g Does it connect for a little while then disconnect and then you can't reconnect until a reboot? Does it never connect? etc.
