What game platform are you using - Xbox, PS4, PC? Have you got your device added in the Geo-Filter in Filtering Mode? If yes to #2 what settings are you using? If yes to #2 if you switch it to Spectating Mode is the issue fixed? When does the message appear - before, during or at the end of the game being played?

Do any other devices get a disconnect at all around the same time? Is the internet disconnected when this happens or is it just on the game and you can find another game straight away?
