zhuiguang2022 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 In the notebook, 5 GHZ, within a day or a few hours(occasional high), more than three times off the Internet; Cell phone sleep several times during the night, and even sometimes this chance is higher than the domestic device route, is it firmware BUG? And lower-end mobile phones can not be connected even if the upper 5 GHZ band signal is strong; Can only be connected to the 2.4 GHZ frequency band. In fact, these lower-end phones are supported by the AC protocol?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 5, 2019 Administrators Posted October 5, 2019 So disconnects occur when the internet is being used and not used is that right? Does the connection come back quickly or do you have to reboot to restore the connection? Are you using smart connect for WiFi? Older devices do not support smart connect very well.
