MassaDebata85 Posted August 24, 2019 Posted August 24, 2019 evertime i try to start a ahareplay it says connection to low..i have comcast 150 down 5 up ..if i plug directly into my modem it works..i tried disable qos andstill no go..is there a setting that could be blocking it?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 24, 2019 Administrators Posted August 24, 2019 Disable the Geo-Filter, does that resolve it at all?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 24, 2019 Administrators Posted August 24, 2019 I assume the console is connected via ethernet? What does the console speed test say your speeds are? Did you disable QoS through the Anti-Bufferbloat menu? If not try that.
MassaDebata85 Posted August 24, 2019 Author Posted August 24, 2019 i put qos on never ..and yesethernet cable..my speeds on the ps4 testsay 80 doenloadand 3 upload ..i changed my dns to clouds and its actually letting me shareplay but still says low
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 25, 2019 Administrators Posted August 25, 2019 Disable QoS fully by doing so from the Anti-Bufferbloat 3 line menu and see if that works please.
MassaDebata85 Posted September 1, 2019 Author Posted September 1, 2019 Ya that worked .Still shows low but connects now i found out my speeds were doubl what i thought and put the correct values in and everything is working how it should. Ialways thought clicking never disabled qos. Thanx
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 3, 2019 Administrators Posted September 3, 2019 Glad to hear it. Using Never will ensure you don't throttle and will stay at the 100% value. Bandwidth Allocation & Traffic Prioritization will still be active and if the speeds are higher than what you've set then you wouldn't know unless you disable it properly.
