The software isn't even interchangable between routers. Each router has it's own iteration of the software. It is currently not portable to any other router at this time.

As @PharmDawgg says, you can only use DumaOS on the Netduma R1 and the NETGEAR NightHawk Pro Gaming routers. Specifically, XR300, XR450, XR500 and XR700. Maybe eventually it'll be multiplatform, but not right now.
