geofilter doesnt seem to be working

I have a r1 and I've set the geofilter up but when I search for games on black ops 4 or fortnite nothing happens on the geofilter map? doesn't show any servers being accepted or rejected also doesn't show any servers for me to ping when in spectate mode

If you are in spectate mode the geofilter is turned off. Now if you are select filtering and nothing shows up then we have a problem.

So you've definitely added the correct device to the Geo-Filter? Remember that the same device will appear twice if you connect from both Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

If you're using a PC, you may need to set the device type to PlayStation and then add it to the Geo-Filter again.
