sulfia Posted June 30, 2019 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Bonjour je viens de prendre un abonnement au vpn hide my ass et je n'arrive pas à me connecter en utilisant le login sur dashboard hybrid vpn du netduma. If you're on the original firmware I would recommend you upgrade to DumaOS, if not then you'll need to connect using the advanced section using the OpenVPN config from HMA. If you're on DumaOS you should be able to connect using the basic settings, does it show as connected or is it the adding devices that you're concerned with? In which case the VPN has been applied to the console - you cannot differentiate between services on the console - it applies to the whole device which is why it is greyed out.
