Weird Behavior having issues with internet

Recommended Posts

So I have the Nighthawk XR 500 for a couple of months and just today I started experiencing issues with my apples devices and some specific website, like safari and the app store wont work but there is internet, some websites like twitter on my desktop dont work too but if I click the resolve issue that appears when a website doesnt load it loads, so I have been checking my netgear modem which is a CM600 and no issues there, however I have been noticing that on the XR 500 the tab that says connection status it says disconnected yet there is internet, I have the latest update with the hotfix also I have done a factory reset but that hasnt change anything. Also I did run some speed tests and I havent lost any speed

I will put some of the recent log from the router

The logs you posted look okay to me, but of course the fact that is says "disconnected" despite data flowing is strange.

Could you try connecting directly to your CM600 and see if the connection problems still occur? I'd like to isolate if it's a problem with the XR500 specifically. The error with it saying "disconnected" might just be a symptom of a bigger problem.
