JCall13 Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Hello, I am doing the process outlined in the email that was sent, have the correct version (1.03.6j) and downloaded the proper file from the link within the email. I hit upgrade and selected the file, and it is failing with exitcode 2. Screenshot below
pollutionblues Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 It may be worth downloading the DumaOS file again just in case something went wrong with the initial download. Failing that I would suggest factory resetting the R1 and then trying to upgrade to DumaOS again.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 28, 2019 Administrators Posted March 28, 2019 Usually when that error appears it means you need to do a factory reset as above before you can then upgrade successfully, try that and let us know if you can upgrade successfully.
