Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 10, 2019 Administrators Posted March 10, 2019 You've never managed to access the interface since purchasing? Can you hold the reset button in the back of the router with a pin for 30 seconds and then let go. Wait two minutes and try to access again. Please could you also let me know your exact physical setup please e.g. wall outlet > modem > ethernet from port 1 to R1 PoE port > PC ethernet to port 2
