why do I get so many of these? I don't think that's normal.

Hard to know what this is, it could be something completely innocent that’s accessing your network remotely, or possible something more malicious. See this thread for more info: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/LAN-access-from-remote-Have-I-been-hacked/m-p/1473049

If you need further help it might be worth posting on the Netgear forum as this is a Netgear feature or perhaps a security forum. Would love to help you here but it’s not our area so my knowledge is very limited.
