Jtheunknown
Hi. I’m new to this website & trying to find out if I’m doing all this right. So my setup is at&t gateway (WiFi disable)<netduma r1(wifi also disable)<nighthawk 1900 in (ap mode) all wired is connected to the dumar1 & wireless to the access point. I’ve read about double nat & I think I may be causing it for my online gaming. So there anything I can do to prevent double nat from happening? Or another setup I can use? The best way to stop double NAT is to put your a&t gateway into modem mode (if it has that feature) failing that, put the R1s IP address into your the DMZ of your gateway. There is also a guide on getting an open NAT here: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
