network environment issue

Recommended Posts

Hello!

in the network environment, intermittent devices (smartphones) periodically appear, Google says that this problem is connected with the WPS on the router. WPS is off but the problem remains. What will you recommend? And. should there be an "access point" in the network environment?

pc is connected by wire to the router, use windows 10 with all updates

Hi - this is a NETGEAR specific area so we will not be able to help you on this forum unfortunately. You could try contacting their official support:  https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx

There's also their forum which is not used for support, but other users might know what to do: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-Routers/bd-p/en-home-nighthawk-pro-gaming-routers
