Internet Trouble

Hi there - first of all I recommend you upgrade to the latest firmware (.29). Check your emails from [email protected] as we sent out this a few months ago. Or sign up to the open beta with a new email address to get the latest version: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/

As for the Internet, best to go through this in logical steps. Turn off your modem and the router. Then turn on the modem. Wait 30 seconds. Then turn on the router. 

It should hopefully automatically setup for you. 

If not, make sure the Ethernet cable goes from your modem into Port 1 or your Netduma R1. 

Also does your Internet use PPPoE (where you need a username and password to get Internet)? If so, make sure you have entered these on your modem.
