ApexSync
Hi all, Very new to everything regarding setting up networks and whatnot and wanted to get an opinion from you guys to see if I could get some help regarding some issues I have been facing with my internet. I noticed in my logs that I keep on getting DHCP lease changes almost constantly. When I first ran my speed tests yesterday, I was getting around 200-300 down, but now I am getting a variation where the internet would be extremely slow or unresponsive. Any idea as to how I can fix this issue/what could be causing this? Sekerali
Im having the same issue (and surprised to find a post of the same issue posted 8 hours ago). Internet issues with this being the only seemingly important log. My internet is spiking and completely cutting off. When cut off, going to internet setup and clicking apply (with no changes) puts me back online - reboot doesnt fix. Spiking never stops. This has started only a week ago and have used the XR500 perfectly prior.

Featured Comment Guest Killhippie Posted December 26, 2018 Featured Comment Share Posted December 26, 2018 Its been like that since the router came out, in fact all Netgear routers do this. Netgear routers don't give you the chance to change the lease time unless you telnet in and modify stuff, and I would not like to muck about with that on DumaOS routers its okay on other Netgear routers but maybe DumaOS needs this lease timing, who knows.. This does not slow your router down, it's normal behaviour even if you set DHCP reservation for each device its the same in the logs.

Could you please. It’s much easier for us to assist in a separate thread.
