We haven't tested with RDR2 Online yet so it won't be optimised. However with the Geo-Filter off that should not be happening, if you have the device added on the Geo-Filter delete it. Does that resolve it?

No i have tried with and without. After factory reset it works for a bit, but always comes back in hour or too.

If QoS & the Geo-Filter are disabled then they are not influencing the game at all. The online is a beta and just having a quick google a lot of people are having the same issue, it's to be expected when they're stress testing the online portion

I agree, however when i use an old tplink router i have no problems, switch back and it kicks me again. Maybe coincidence but no way to really know.

You can certainly try that if you wish to but I'd however recommend you first disable QoS in Anti-Bufferbloats options and try again
