First off, since you've only just upgraded I'd recommend factory resetting your R1 to clear out any residual settings or fix anything that might have gone wrong in the upgrade process. After the factory reset, set your speeds in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu and allow the router to auto-configure. With the Xbox wired to your R1 do you get your expected speeds? What about on a wired PC?
