The default username and password is admin password... When you upgrade it sets this automatically

Username should be admin

Password should be password 

If this doesn't work try a factory reset which should reset them to the default as above

Make a note of any settings you want to keep before resetting as al setting will go back to original

Thought so no problem now you are in you can change the username and password to whatever you want
