Just another option. also I got virgin media coming out as I had some one check and I have Low level FECS I don’t even know what that means lol. had them come out last time and engineer didn’t have a clue what to do. They may even replace the hub if its an older model Modem mode is optimum, if thats not working out then yes put the XR500 in the hubs DMZ instead and disable the hubs WiFi.
