50% of the time my internet speed is super slow

50% of the time my internet speed is super slow, to the point me and my girlfriend switch to 4G on our phones, because messages aren't even loaded in. When I reboot my router the speed is back to normal, what is going on honestly, my girlfriend even said if it stays like this I want something else and we move away from Netduma, I told her it is maybe not even the Netduma, but something else, still I want this to be solved, these disconnects and slow internet speed are killing us!

1: What speeds do you receive and what speeds do you pay for?

2: Do you receive your full speeds through your Modem?

3: Are your wires CAT-5e or over, and have you tried replacing the cable between the Modem and the Netduma?

4: Are you running your speed tests on a wired PC using speedtest.net?
