Is it the router settings or my ISP?

Hi Tee - it could be your QoS Settings. Make sure you set Anti-Bufferbloat to 100% on both sliders when you are running a speedtest.

If it’s not that, go to the options on Anti Bufferbloat (click the three horizontal lines at the top left of the panel) and disable QoS (click proceed at the warning). Then try a speedtest again. If it’s still low then we know it’s a hardware or ISP issue, not the software.

Thanks.

So it’s definitely not DumaOS then (so please re-enable QoS)

Are you using PPoE? If yes, please enter these details on your modem.

However, I think it’s more likely that this is just your ISP with fluctuating speeds, or other people in your home using a lot of bandwidth when you’re running the test. To confirm, could you run a speedtest using your XR500 and then as soon as it’s finished, switch to your modem and try through to here. Basically try and get a comparison as close together as possible.
