The 68-75ms ping is this without having changed any settings? If so then it maybe mislocated - in which case please provide me with the ID and I can check it. It could just be a bad server in which case move your home location/radius in order to avoid it, ensuring strict mode is on. Also a possibility is that it is to do with your ISP. What modem model do you have?
