As if it says NAT Type 2 that is open. The game can sometimes misread the NAT status so just in case disable the Geo-Filter when booting up the game. Easiest way to get the console open is to put its IP in the XR500's DMZ.

Use UPnP instead of port forwarding etc so delete any rules you created. Disable the Geo-Filter before you boot up the game, then check the NAT status. If it's open that's great and then going forward if it appears as moderate then it's just a misreading. If not then put the console in the PS4 and it will be open.
