As if it says NAT Type 2 that is open. The game can sometimes misread the NAT status so just in case disable the Geo-Filter when booting up the game. Use UPnP instead of port forwarding etc so delete any rules you created. Disable the Geo-Filter before you boot up the game, then check the NAT status. If it's open that's great and then going forward if it appears as moderate then it's just a misreading. If not then put the console in the PS4 and it will be open.
