When this happens again, could you try disabling the Geo-Filter (expand the radius to full distance or toggle to disabled at the top). Does this then allow you to hear your friends? As for the best profile, I would recommend setting your own settings as follows: - Radius (start at 2000km but change this if you think a higher or lower distance is better) - Strict Mode on - Ping Assist 0
