Netduma not working

Hello i was updating my firmware and lost power briefly. The unit powers up fine but i can not get internet nor can i get into the gui. Is there some type if recovery I can oerform?

Try accessing the Netduma interface using:  http://r1 or 192.168.1.1 Do any of those work?

No luck wth those addresses.

If you open a command prompt, type in ipconfig and press enter what does it say for ‘Default Gateway’

Ok, I would wait for one of the Netduma staff to advise you on what to do next due to you losing power during the FW upgrade.
