Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted November 17, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 17, 2017 Hello, I need some help getting my VPN provider to work on the netduma. I believe I followed the instructions the right way. Every time I input my VPN log in, It says cannot connect to router. Please Help Im Using fast setup and choosing atlanta servers. Hello, sorry for the wait - could you please post your config file here and we'll take a look. If you haven't input your config file on the Netduma interface, you'll need to do that in the VPN advanced settings. Also, which VPN provider are you with? It's likely that we will be able to find and provide you with a config file for your VPN provider that will work with the Netduma.
Taylorjosh918
Okay I am having a similar problem. Mine says warning. Something went wrong when you were trying to ping. Make sure no devices are VPN’d and your firewall isn’t blocking ping
