SamC Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 if any admin or representative can give me info on me returning my Router i order it on wednesday, like all the info and how i would do it and answer any quesions i have. i have used the item but i have had quite alot of problems with it and think i will re buy when the router is improved, would just like to say i understand it is early adopter edition and stuff and this is my opinion Thanks

Remember that the way the router is improved isn't through a hardware upgrade but instead though a free 2 minute software upgrade.
SamC Posted June 1, 2015 Author Posted June 1, 2015 I know crossy, for some reason my internet on the netduma just dropped and i can access it through my HH i have been messing with the device alot since i have got it and tbh i dont like messing around with it.And thankyou for all your help, although i want to return it its not a 100% i could keep it will have to think about it

Zennon Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Sorry to hear this , i work with pc , broadband issues etc with my place of work and the home hubs are a nightmare , your problem is the HH If you had a different modem before the duma you would have no issues , like a huawei from ebay for 20 quid if you are on fibre , or any adsl router if you are standard adsl.
