Unable to access host filtering

Hi I have updated cloud settings to 41 38 28. Now I'm unable to access host filtering page. I need help. I already tried to reset factory settings bit I'm still having trouble

Use 40, 37, 28 instead and the Geo-filter will work properly. 41 & 38 is for my testing, I am trying to figure out why it's doing that myself.
