Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 24, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 24, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! How are you connected to the router? WiFi or ethernet? Try the IP as above. If that doesn't work open command prompt on your PC and type in "ipconfig" - what does the gateway IP say?

Ive tried using the IP and for some reason its taking long to load. When the IP does load up it says it can't be found because the server where the page is located isn't responding. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 25, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 25, 2017 Okay for Mac type in "ifconfig -a" and let me know what it says. Before you do that do a factory reset using the button at the back of the router and try to connect via ethernet
