LovedJames Posted August 21, 2017 Posted August 21, 2017 Hello Guys I'm on the current version I have been using the Netduma for less then a week and. It seems like when it works it's doing a great job. But after a few days. It drops the wifi even thou my the ISP modem is providing internet. For exsample I will be connected to the Netduma but no internet is being routed. It happened last week I thought it was a fluke at first but it has happened more then once. It looks like I received a defected model. How can we exchange this model as quickly as possible. Thank you for all your hard work. Hello is there someone from the company that I may speak too. I need to resolve this today. I have to go on a work trip later. So if I have to ship back the Netduma before work I will need to you guys to check my Netduma ASAP. Thank you Also the first thing I noticed when I first connected it was that wifi light did not turn on. Even thou it's broadcasting and my devices are connected.

The WiFi light will not appear at all - that is normal.
