Bug multiple calls to dialog

I keep getting a warning message that says " something went wrong when trying to ping. Please make sure no devices are VPN'd and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result." Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? This keeps popping up on the back end when I'm on the host filtering tab.
