Struggles with xfinity/comcast

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with comcast working with the netduma r1. I have tried 3 different modems and still can't get a good connection. Can someone please let me know what the absolute best modem is to be paired with the duma. It seems like nothing works. Tried the netgear cm500 until i found it on the list of junk. I have also tried the tp-link 7620.

TP Link TC-7610 works well with Comcast.

Ok thanks. Ill try it. So there is a difference between the 7620 and the 7610 by tp link?

I believe people who have tried the 7620 have had issues between it and the R1. 

I can't find what chipset it uses but it might use the same Puma 6 chipset that is causing major issues in a lot of modems like the

SB6190.

As you haven't actually asked for particular router settings help yet which could be the issue.
