MartyMar
I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with comcast working with the netduma r1. I have tried 3 different modems and still can't get a good connection. Can someone please let me know what the absolute best modem is to be paired with the duma. It seems like nothing works. Tried the netgear cm500 until i found it on the list of junk. I have also tried the tp-link 7620.

TP Link TC-7610 works well with Comcast. http://forum.netduma.com/topic/20681-compatibleincompatible-modems/

FQs19
Ok thanks. Ill try it. So there is a difference between the 7620 and the 7610 by tp link? I believe people who have tried the 7620 have had issues between it and the R1. I can't find what chipset it uses but it might use the same Puma 6 chipset that is causing major issues in a lot of modems like the SB6190. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 20, 2017 Administrators Share Posted June 20, 2017 First I would suggest posting the screenshots asked for here: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022425-lag-support-instructions-to-post-on-the-forum- As you haven't actually asked for particular router settings help yet which could be the issue.
