Set it to the speeds you should normally get, then when it asks to automatically configure the router click yes.

That shouldn't really effect speeds, was just a last resort... So on your old modem, if you did modem>netduma>pc your speeds were 230 down?

Yea I removed all devices and tested it today before I changed modems

So DPC3941T> netduma> PC gives you 240 download speed? With your PC connected through the netduma?

My internet isn't working now and seems like there's an issue with Comcast so wait a day or so and see if speeds improve. Could just be on their end.
