BlayneT94
i got this router around christmas time and it worked great. i moved to a different house and it hasn't worked since. I have all the connections correct and it shows up on my MacBook air, shows that i have wired connection to my xbox 1 and apple tv however it will not load a single web page. it will show the netduma page when i type in the ip, however that is it. i cannot run a speed test or anything else to check it. in the mean time I've been using an old router but its just not as good. if anyone can help me id appreciate it. thank you! THE_DEAD_POOL
Did you reset your Modem before setting everything up? Also, you could try a factory reset on the Netduma.

Hey, welcome to the forum! First off I would check your connections from and to your Modem and Netduma. Next, I would recommend turning off your Modem and Netduma for 5 minutes, then turning on your modem, waiting 5 minutes and turning on your Netduma. If you need PPPoE in order to get Internet access with your modem, you'll need to type in your username and password on the Netduma as well.
