Router cutting out and needs reboot to come back on.

Recommended Posts

The netduma will still have all the lights on, but the internet will quit working on wifi/wired once or twice a day. The only way to fix it is a hard reboot. This issue has occurred since I setup the router. I have my modem in bridge mode and need it in bridge mode. The modem is a Ubee DVW32CB. Any ideas?

Hey Hunter, welcome to the forum! Try checking out this guide and let us know if any of those solutions work out for you: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022405-why-does-the-netduma-wifi-keep-dropping-out-

You shouldn't need to have bridge mode enabled, but it is the recommended set up. I would advise taking it out of bridge mode, putting the Netduma into its DMZ and disable the Ubee Wi-Fi. Let me know if that works :)

Sounds like the compatibility between the modem and Netduma issue is rearing its ugly head. The EEE bug. I had this issue and I would lose connection sporadically. The only way I was able to fix it was rebooting which was just a temp fix or buying my own modem that was compatible with my isp.
