Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 6, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you able to connect to the Netduma via ethernet and have an internet connection? Is it just a WiFi issue? Can you see a WAN IP in the Netduma device manager? Reboot from settings > miscellaneous and that should restore internet access. I've also moved the posts you made in another thread and merged it with your original post here. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2017 So you have an internet connection when directly connected to the Netduma but you're unable to access the Netduma interface and it also shows as an unidentified network on Windows, is that correct? Can you follow this to see if you can access it please http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022375-i-unticked-preserve-settings-when-upgrading-can-t-access-my-router-help
