We only provide the correct power supply. If not then what occurred with the one we originally provided? It sounds like it could be overheating if you keep getting restarts. Make sure it is not on a surface that would enable it to overheat such as a carpet. Reboot from miscellaneous settings to save everything. Cookies will save the small things such as the checkboxes on Geo-filter etc.
unixadmin Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Try standing it up vertically on its front face (no vents to obstruct on its front face), so that the big bottom vent is exposed. Solved rebooting issues of a few cheap routers that way.
fuzzy clam Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Definitely make sure it's getting enough air to it, set on hard surface not on carpet etc. Get a small fan for it if need be,if it's in a cabinet or closed media center gotta make sure as said above that the vents aren't blocked by anything and getting enough air.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 10, 2017 Administrators Posted January 10, 2017 As an update to this juzza was not using the Netduma power adapter, he was using a power adapter that output half what the Netduma required thus the rebooting issue. We have/will be sending him a replacement power adapter so I will now close this thread.
