Sheik Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 I have own netduma for months. It stopped receiving internet long time ago. So I went to use my original router since I gave up on trying to fix it. Now recently I really need a router like netduma due to all my family members having to use internet since we no longer own cable. When I connect to my original router , I have no issues besides my daily lag. When I reset my modem and power it up with netduma so , ( Modem - Netduma R1 ) , only "1" will light up and blink , if i connect other devices like my pc , "2" will light up and blink. When I go to access internet in my pc, It shows that I'm not connected. When I go to my phone , I see my netduma and can connect to it but no wifi internet with it enable either. I tried looking for solutions but It gets tiring. I tried rebooting and disconnecting caox and reconnecting and etc. Same issue. I haven't reset the netduma due to the fact I heard it doesnt change anything , I cant access website with it connected due to that internet issue, so can't really mess with that, Unless it doesnt matter and I can access it through my other router connected. I'm extremely lost sorry Haha, I never used my netduma with another router if thats the question , Should I try that? I always had it MY modem connected to netduma port 1. And it worked months ago , and just one day randomly it won't receive the internet. Sheik Posted January 3, 2017 Author Share Posted January 3, 2017 Never mind , It seems to work now , I did this same thing before and no progress , But I guess a third time is the charm , I just reset my modem after disconnecting everything and having it off for 5 minutes. Just want to make sure , the symbol above the lit up "1" for "port 1" on the netduma , is it fine if that isn't lit up ? I only have port 1 , port 2 and port 3 connected. All of those light up besides what looks like the signal of wifi above "1". Just want to make sure if thats normal.
