jkurtz01 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 We set up exactly as per quick start menu and then connected to netdumaR1 and put in the password. Devices think they are connecting. But all devices say server cannot be found. Can you help us please?

Can you access the Netduma dashboard? Have you connected the Netduma via port one to your ISP router?
