Do the dropouts occur when directly connected to the modem? the drops are both on hard wired and wireless devices. The duma is connected to my modem and then the devices are connected to the duma via wire and wireless. Wellcraft Posted December 29, 2016 Author Share Posted December 29, 2016 As a customer since COD AW i was happy with this companies support but clearly it has dropped off severely! The main reason i bought the duma was due to its tech and support which was a high selling point for a non techy person like me. Now i have a router that is useless at this point in time on my desk and have asked for support with no results. I even went as far as sending a PM to the person who helped me a yr ago Crossy i think his name was but no reply in well over 24hrs. As a paying long term customer i am very dissatisfied and i guess will have no choice but to package up this duma and set it aside at this point and just use my ATT modem/router only which i did not want to do.
