NYslice
I got a new router from my ISP with another bandwidth for 5G. Since I got this new router, my devices say they connected with the Duma but I get no internet. How do I sort that out so I can use the Duma again? Since I got this new router, my devices say they connected with the Duma but I get no internet. How do I sort that out so I can use the Duma again? What is your set up ? I would go wall > modem > duma > ISP router and since your using 2 routers in your set up make sure that 2.4 g isn't enabled on both router as that will cause issues. When I had 2 routers in my set up I had the 2.4 on the duma ON and the second router 2.4 was OFF but had it in AP mode with 5g ON so I can use the 5g for faster speeds for the rest of the house. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 24, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 24, 2016 Fuzzy has given you some good advice. You should be able to get internet by rebooting from miscellaneous settings - usually resolves issues like this. If not it's possible you may now require PPPoE authentication - do you know if that is the case?
