Hmm. Localhost generally is an environment variable for a decice's current IP. Can you have a look and see what the IP is for the device. Is it the Netduma's IP? I doubt that it is. Its probably just a device on your network calling its self that. As for which device it is, only way to know would be to go theough them all and check which MAC Address corresponds to which device. Or just see which device which is connected to your network is missing from the device manager.
