set up sky hub

hi guys has anyone set up there r1 without using the sky hub can this be done? i dont need it as i only have the xbox one using internet and dont see the point in using 2 routers. thanks

Sky user MER autentication as far as i know the Netduma does not use this method as yet.

 

 

You can use other routers with Sky as Raddy does but you still need two.

Wall > sky router> netduma > devices in that order and tick Enable upnp Forwarding in the dumas misc settings or put the duma in the sky routers DMZ all the info is in the wiki here.

Go to the device manager in the dumas GUI (web page) link below.

 

http://192.168.88.1/cgi-bin/devpanel.sh

 

And copy the Wan ip and place that in the sky routers GUI DMZ page.

 

If you do not know how to get there can you tell me the model of the sky router please .

If your nat is not showing open in game you may need to reboot the Netduma.

If you want to use another router with Sky look on my  Also if i use UPNP with the Duma in DMZ i get Moderate Nat Type so i uncheck it and just use DMZ and that will give you open Nat.

Nah i was just saying mine dont seem to like UPNP so i thought his might be same as he's with Sky.
