thisisreallife
My home consists of multiple phones, tablets, consoles, all connected to the Netduma perfectly fine. However my PC isn't connecting to the Netduma and I'm not sure why. It's connected wired. Everything was working fine, and for other reasons I had to reboot my Netduma and also receive a new router from my Internet Provider (Sky Broadband) After that, I've got problems where my PC can't access the Netduma page. However WIRELESS works perfectly fine. How do I correct this? As I do 95% of my Netduma settings via my PC. EDIT: Apologies for confusion. To clarify, my PC CAN use the internet fine while connected wired. However I can;t access the router home page. Also, i just connected my laptop wired into the Netduma and I can access the Netduma home page fine. So the problem is my PC. It seems to be blocking it. Slipknot31286sic6
If u got new router or modem. Do this. Reset Duma. Turn. Off Duma and modem. Turn on modem. Wait 5 mins. Turn on Duma. Had same issue when I got a new modem.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 12, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 12, 2016 On the network settings of your PC, change adapter settings for the wired connection & disable IPv6. Open cmd prompt and type in "ipconfig" what does it say the gateway is? If you still can't connect to 88.1 try http://r1
