Apologies I did not get to yours. As you know we are a small team and thus we cannot have 24/7 support. Back to your issue. What is the current settings you have for obtaining an open NAT? DMZ? Modem mode? UPnP on hub/duma? Manual port forwarding? UPnP forwarding? Have you added all your friends to your allow list? Are you filtering even if you're not the party leader? Do you have strict mode off?

TYry a search on the foruj there are quite a few destiny posts about best settings. If you are still having problems post up a post in the general support forum but I would advise you keep it civil to get the best response. Nobody likes a negative nancy no matter how much she has paid. lol.
