The_Invader_Kilz Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 So, I've just installed an SSD into my PS4 (super snappy), and i just had Sky installed after terrible service and drop outs from Virgin. I have ZERO idea how to configure the Sky router or DNS/Network settings in the PS4. I play Destiny almost exclusively but the Destiny profile gets me booted from PvP a lot. I'm seeing conflicting information everywhere on the internet and most is out of date. Help? Many thanks Sky Router ----> R1 ----> PS4 (LAN) /Everything else (Wireless)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 25, 2016 Administrators Posted November 25, 2016 Hey, you should leave the console to connect automatically. You shouldn't be getting booted from Destiny if you have strict mode disabled. Is this the case? That setup is correct, just make sure the R1 is in the Sky routers DMZ and disable the Sky wireless.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 27, 2016 Administrators Posted November 27, 2016 DMZ should be in Security/Firewall settings on the Sky interface. Then input the WAN IP from the device manager on the R1 into the DMZ section.
