Hello all, just purchased this router, been hearing alot of good stuff about it. My questions is i have 400 download and 22 upload on my isp. Log in netduma control panel and congestion control I have my console have it 90 percent of the bandwith, but when i go to my console and test the detailed for the network i am only getting 22 down, max 67. How can i fix this? Before in my regular modem im getting 200 diwnload speed. Thanks in advance! Also my nat is open which is good. Hehe

if you are talking about internet speed do the following:

Congestion Control:

-Change the radio button to reactive

-Make sure the sliders are 100% each

-Click Bandwidth and set it to appropriate values

Settings -> Misc

-UNCHECK Enable deep packet processing.

-CHECK turbo mode

report back

Ok i followed the steps above. And im only getting 19mbps and 17.38 mbps, 0 packet loss on when i do detailed network in the xbox ine settings

please stop using the xbox or PS4 detailed statistics...they aren't accurate for anything.  Please use a desktop or laptop, wired via ethernet

thanks

Ok i understand what your saying. Please explain to me that if i connect my xbox directly to my modem and do a speed test it is reaching 200 download. But when i connect it to router its only getting 22 download. And second if i connect my computer directly to my modem, im reaching 425 down. But when my computer is connected to that router . it's only reaching 100 something down. I feel like this router can't handle the maximum speed I have. In top of it, ever since i got this router, my friends are having a hard time joining my game vice versa. They connect.fine.with my modem only.

You need to reed wiki more. You must white list all your friends to play with them. Netduma should monitor your friends list so this shouldn't happen but whatever. You must enable super turbo mode to get your speeds on router, reactive mode for congestion control. Turn off deep packet processing. You will lose all congestion control as well

  • Administrators

For your speeds:

  • Reactive Algorithm
  • 100% anti-flood
  • Share excess enabled
  • Reset device prioritisation & apply
  • Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc
  • Disable deep packet in misc
  • Enable turbo mode
  • Enable super turbo mode
  • Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds.
  • Do a wired speed test from a PC

You also need to add your friends to your allow list: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022357--with-the-geo-filter-how-do-i-play-with-friends-

Console speed tests can be quite inaccurate. I find it can fluctuate quite a lot. Gaming doesn't require much bandwidth anyway. As long as you have your full speeds after following the above suggestions you're good to go.
