Welcome to the forum nationwide73,

Being the weekend support is a little slower.  One of the admins may or may not respond today or tomorrow but will definitely address your issue on Monday.

Current firmware is 1.03.6g/h

Would recommend once you are able to access your router's interface to set it up as this: Modem > R1> Other Router (if necessary). I'm not sure of your exact setup but either placing the R1 in a dmz or placing the modem in bridge mode may work.

In my case I went and purchased my own modem and game Comcast back their combo crap :) There by not having to use either dmz or bridge mode. All I had to do was connect the R1 to my purchased modem.  Now I did have to call Comcast and get them to activate the modem though. So I agree what you did in #3.

It is odd that the lights do not work.  And I recommend this next suggestion with caution.  But if you have another power supply that you may use might work.  It may be that you have a bad power supply. But again I recommend it with caution because the wrong power supply may fry your R1 router.

Please look at the link for trying to access the interface :http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022395-why-can-t-i-access-the-r1-interface-

Sorry for your inconvenience.  The Netduma staff will get you sorted.

Thanks Buck.  I already have my TWC modem in bridge mode.  It was e\working for a couple of weeks now.  Does yours make a continuous clicking sound with back power light when it flashes?  I never noticed it till it quit working.  I am also going to go buy my own modem.

Nah.  No clicking sounds here.  But that is not to say I haven't had my share of issues though.  I'm not an expert and I hate to say it but it sounds as though it may be defective because there are no moving parts in the R1.  But really only Fraser can be the judge of that.  There is a reset button on the rear of the router you can try but do not hold it for long because it could brick your router.  It is kinda a last resort button :)

Hey, welcome to the forum!

If you can't access the interface then it sounds like it's broken. Typically that behaviour occurs when there has been some sort of power surge. Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and we'll be able to sort out a replacement for you.
