My traceroute has multiple stops I live in California and my trace goes all the way to the UK on one of the stops then comes back to the US. Is this Normal? Is this part of lag compensation on infinite warfare ?

Is this part of lag compensation on infinite warfare ? If you're tracing through the netduma then it is inaccurate and doesn't work right so ignore it.
