On the duma make sure you haven't changed anything like MTU in WAN/LAN and if so change back to automatic. See if that resolves it, otherwise can you see if you get the same issues directly connected to your modem please.

I only see IP setting and DNS setting in my network settings When you go to setup the network to connect to just let it do it all automatically and don't set anything manually.
